Low speed chase
I'm a satellite subscriber, and I get the Fox West Coast feed for a mere $2 a month.
I just witnessed the most riveting 2+hours of TV I have ever seen, the high/low speed chase in LA. It was like a train wreck, I couldn't turn away from it. Awesome. The ending was great. Fat boy runs from his van, rounds the corner and is tackled by the defensive end unit of LAPD blue. Easily 15 officers. It's like he didn't know they have helos. What an idiot. Swarm tactics win, off he goes in the squad car. The only preferable ending would have been a huge crash involving a large fireball, where his life is miraculously spared to face the long arm of the law. Awesome. I'm so glad I have the west coast feed. |

Me too! I was getting ready to watch the Earnhardt Special - didn't want to watch Seinfeld so I was watching the news out of LA. Sat there and watched the whole fuckin' thing - three or four time the cops in the first car could have gotten out, walked up to his car and arrested him but sat there with lights going and siren wailing until the guy got free of traffic and went on down the street - Thank God for PVR!!! Awesome concert! I didn't know Dale Jr could sing!!!!! He can't! Probably better keep his day job - he's fairly successful at it!

Didn't catch it...then again I'm stuck in teh midwest. I was out visiting relatives one time (in Cali) and a car chase broke out and I was watching it. Its comical how car chases are because you know the people must realize there is no escape. I mean, helicopters (not only police but media) as well as the largest city police force in the country and you think you can escape in LA?! HAHAHAH. It was pretty funny watching though because I saw them drive by places I was just at recently.

the best (funniest) police chase ever was the OJ one... his white bronco out in front all by itself on like 6 lanes.... and then atleast 50 police cars just cruising 100 yards behind that.... just following him
