My knees are aching this morning
Yesterday the temps were in the mid 60s, this morning it is 28. A cold front went through yesterday with tornadoes reported around Chicago. This morning my knees are screaming at me. I hyper-extended my right knee when a baby grand piano fell on it and have a partial tear of the ACL in my left from playing volleyball. Consequently, they get pissed when there are radical changes in the weather. Two Aleve down this morning. Waiting for the hours to pass for it to kick in.
Do you have joint pain that is effected by the weather? What do you do to relieve it? |

Are you getting enough omega-3? It's known to reduce inflammation, especially when it counterbalances omega-6, which is rampant in most Western diets.

Welcome to middle-age (looks like you have 4 years on me).
My right knee has a plica that is temperamental as hell. Weather doesn't particularly affect it, weather changing does. I have a variety of prescription options and "medicate as necessary". |
