TFP Donation issue
 

Hey TFPers. I don't really like to bug you guys about this because I know everyone is tight with money right now, but here's the deal.

For the previous 2 months, the TFP has failed to reach even half of its needed donations, which means I'm left footing the bill for the remainder. Now, I happen to be employed right now, but that doesn't mean it doesn't hurt. I would love to see a few more people pitch in. It seems to be just a few dedicated people each month who give their share (and I thank you) but there are many more of you who use the site every day who don't give.

I really don't want to put ads on here 'cause 99% of you are just going to be annoyed by them. Please help me out and donate.

I also would like to spring for the next version of forum software ($160 if we purchase it before Nov 16th) that will help us change with the times and become a more modern site. There are lots of good things in store, but none of that gets done if we can't afford to even exist.

couldnt you make a small donation another prerequisite for the first level of promotion?

I had really planned on spending that money for a kitten shredder. The kittens will have to go unshredded this holiday season. But I will enjoy reading about figging and what not instead.

I realize that it is .org, I was suggesting make a .com as well, and sell stuff!
