What would you insta-learn?

In an alternate universe, if you could wake up Monday morning with all the knowlege of your greatest passion, have a job to go to in that field and your family, house or whatever you want to take with you would be there, what would it be?

For me I would be an Archeologist. I'd head out every day while my family happily played in some little roadside shack while I dug and used little paint brushes to find antiquity. I'm much more fascinated with where we came from then where we are going.

Or, I'd be in cosomology. Either sitting around for hours on end looking at faint star patterns or in some grand think tank pondering all that is.

What would you insta-learn?

I think my #1 would be either A) All the shit they loaded into Neo in the Matrix for that entire day. or B) Whatever the hell they taught Matt Damon in the Bourne Identity before he got amnesia.

Then do whatever the heck I wanted after being properly informed about nearly everything that's been put to writing.

This brings up the interesting question, could our brains actually handle so much information? Do we have a cap? And if they can, would we go insane because we'd constantly be triggering endless lines of information?

Wow some of you are ambitious.

I don't think I'd like to learn all the languages, but Latin and Italian are intriguing. But I wouldn't want to be a translator or anything.

Oh and I'd like to play the guitar like Eddie Van Halen but I don't have any showmanship in me, so a career as a rock star is out.

Languages. As many as possible. In particular:

Latin and Aramaic
Arabic
Chinese
French
Spanish/Portuguese
German
Japanese

That should make me at least conversant in 95% of the world.

As complete and detailed an understanding of history as possible.

Intimate familiarity with all the great philosophers.

And less fun but equally important: science in general and physics in particular. Medicine (instant Dr. for career progression would be nice). etc.

Languages, especially Latin, and those based off of it. I'm fascinated by the less-well-known Romance languages of Catalan and Occitan, and would love to wake up knowing those alongside the more obvious French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.

I'd also love to know Japanese, Mandarin, German, and Dutch instantly.

Your brain would explode trying to comprehend that. You'd have better luck learning the entire library of congress verbatim and all the languages that ever existed before wrapping your brain around a woman's logic. A woman's mind is like a quantum computer, we just can't fathom it or what it does.
