I have the deepest innie ever...
I can put most of my thumb in it. All the better for collecting lint in I suppose.

Innie here. You know, I can't recall ever seeing an outie IRL.

Mine is kind of both. It dips in slightly, but what's in the indentation is essentially an outie.

I love my innie
I have seen outies before. But innies are more common apparently...but, contrary to popular belief, it's not actually directly explained by how/where the umbilical cord is cut. Weird huh? I wonder why we're innies or outies... Hey Fugly, how about sharing back? You didn't say!

I've seen outies when I was a kid, but I think they pop in when you grow up.

I'm an outie. (Well, a sunken outie...but I'm working on that.)
Damn the innie! Your navels are instruments of the Devil!

Yeah, I'm innie. And mine is an honest innie. Even if I had a washboard stomach, I'd be an innie.
My son (17 months) is a half innie/half outie. Really cute actually. I think that in the US, and maybe worldwide, there is a prevalence of innies over outies due to obesity. It is hard to have a belly button sticking out through 2 inches of belly fat. |
