i don't like traditional mooncake very much, even if i buy one that is well made.

I am OK with the Lotus Seed Paste but can do without the salted egg yolk. I'm not a fan of the other traditional flavours.

That said, bring on the snow skin cakes with modern flavourings... I had a chocolate mint one and a red date and wolfberry one that were amazing.
