I watch all the crap on TV I can not normally stay awake for. The experts say that is abolutely the wrong thing to do. You should get out of bed and do some task until you are tired. I am not sure that advice is reasonable. Usually I have no trouble going to sleep. Frequently I can not go back to sleep if I have had a couple of hours of decent sleep before being paged for something stupid, like the woman on the night shift who called me at 2am to call in a prescription to a pharmacy that she knew would not open until 7 am. She had seen my partner as the last patient of the afternoon and told her to call if she was not getting better. He meant in a couple of days, not hours. I never went back to sleep that night.

surf the tfp and play pc games of course... of course working 40 hrs a week + 16 hours of EE classes doesnt leave me with alot of that problem...
