Food! Processed food goodness. It is a definite day for quick comfort food. So, yes, I love my Chef Boyardee raviolis, Swedish fish, velveeta cheese dip, Tostitos, and Cherry Coke.

Autumn. I love walking through crunchy leaves and looking at the leaves on the trees that are changing colors. It's cold enough to bundle up in a coat and hat, but not so cold that you are miserable. Perfect.

Today Im grateful for the fact that my boyfriend is home from the hospital and that it was only a kidney stone and not a blocked bowel abcess (which could have been fatal)... even though hes still terribly sick, hes still here and Im so grateful for that!

Today I'm not particularly grateful for anything. My good karma has run out and my life is slowly going to pieces because I've been on a good streak for so long that I forgot how to deal with bullshit and stress. I guess I'm grateful for the fact that I can deal with my problems and not have to force them on others, and the knowledge that I managed to get through worse shit in the past, even if I don't know how I did it. It doesn't help that sympathy, no matter how sincere, seems patronizing rather than sympathetic.

It was kind of cool that a US congressional candidate invited me to a party today, though.

I'm grateful that it can get worse, but hasn't.
