I'm going to print this out, and draw unicorn and rainbow tats.

You totally have no idea how much that hurts me.

Well, if it makes you feel any better, I can't actually draw unicorns.

I think he's look perfect tattooed with Wil Wheaton's clown jumper.

wait, is that a hobby for 9 to DO, or a task for us to draw on, to GIVE 9 new tats?

I'd start with barbed wire on the bicep, so 90s. Then a tramp stamp, so 2000s.
Then a USCM or ship Anchor on the forearm, very 40s.

I'd do a tat over his current inmate # and make it into a barcode, since that seems to be cool with kids here locally on the back of their neck. Probably the UPC for dingdongs or something.

This is more familiar, but the arms are way too big and the serious face had to go.
