If it's Kuwait, why is there a flag of the Netherlands flying in the foreground?

Or even why it is .nl instead of .ku (I think that's Kuwait's top level domain.)

lol. ya, I've been to the beach in Scheveningen on a band trip. You can get some nice Delft Blue pottery there.
