Crazy rock show!

That's random, I came across this exact video the day before yesterday and laughed. Anyways, what surprises me the most is that nobody tried to punch the bouncer out. There would be a whole whack of people there to get your back.

that was enjoyable.

supposedly, there's another video out there that is longer and shows the bouncer getting beat down shortly after.. I have yet to find it though.

That footage is simply...great! I remember seeing this a few years ago and I still get a chuckle out of it every time.

The story goes something like this. Cobain had taken his guitar to either a monitor or sound board earlier in the set and damaged it beyond repair. The large security fellow was pretty upset about it and decided to take a few liberties with Kurt when he dived into the crowd...and you can see the results in the above video. As I understand it the band finished their set while the whats his name was taken to the hospital and stitched up. He later returned to the club looking for a fight but the band was leaving, all he managed to do was punch out the window as car sped away.

Pretty funny though.

Seen this before. Dave Grohl (drummer) went over/through his drum set to try and help.

Pretty sure that happened at Trees in Dallas. I had heard the story for years but never seen the video before.

what you didn;t see kurt pound the body of his guitar at the bouncer's head.......i'd be pissed too.

Thank you, it was driving me nuts trying to remember the venue this happened in. I used to know the security fellows name too...but that's been lost over the years as well.

I'm not sure that Kurt's guitar attack was on purpose though.

Either way, I want to find the video of the bodyguard being pummled.
