When I was in Thailand I came across something similar... some of the cafes would sell you a Coke for a little cheaper if they put it in a plastic baggie with a straw and kept the bottle. Never seen it with beer though...

So...do you just stick a straw in it, then? Seems like that would be a little awkward. And pouring the beer into a different container has disaster written all over it.

That is the crappiest way to take home a growler I've ever seen.
Easy to pour into something else, though. Just scissor off a corner from the bottom of the bag. Or poke a hole in it, even. |
