It was dumb of them to not make some sort of requirement that the album be respectable listening. Just because Chinese Democracy is coming out, doesn't mean anyone's going to want to listen to it! Though, I will of course be claiming my Dr. Pepper.

If I was the good doctor, I wouldn't be paying out diddly until I actually had the disc in my hands, because as a wise man once said "there's many a slip twixt the cup and the lip".

Are bets legally binding? Can Dr. Pepper require some form of UPC code or whatnot that needs to be sent in to 'whittle down' it's expenditures?
