AudioTool - Make Some Noise!
This 'lil demo is fun to dink around with, though it might take a little learning. Start with the Roland TR-909 drum machine, it's more straightforward. Although it's step-input system is the same as the Roland TB-303 synthesizer uses so it's a good jumping off point.
Seriously, try it out, it's fun to mess around with the classics. Fun stuff! ![]() OOOH Especially the hand clap! It's all about the 909's hand clap, everyone loves that thing. But...you can find your way home on the 303...or so said Kula Shaker.
Great stuff...but I've been messing around with sampling and using the autotuner built into my bass as a midi controller for a while now. Fun stuff, though!

Screwing around, and that's about it.
![]() I can't do a ton with it, since I'm not really an electronic musician. However, playing the bassline from Dazed and Confused in a multitude of different sound samples always amazes folks who didn't think you could do it.
