Some friends of mine and I actually made one one time several years back. We used the curved pipe that you would find under a bathroom sink as the spout. We shoved about 40 plastic tubes through it, with great peril I will add as the curve in the pipe is a bitch. We had to use a good bit of baby oil to get it around.
Anyway, we also used windshield wiper servo motors as the pump relays to allow the alcohol through in certain amounts. We never did finish the project, but oh well, we did many others.
