Thanks for the suggestions everyone, but can I ask: For those of you who have, say a turkey or chicken sandwhich, do you cook the chicken/turkey like a week before and then just cut it up as you need some for sandwhiches, or do you buy processed pieces in the grocery store? I've heard that the processed stuff is filled with preservatives, and thus not that great for you.....but I could obviously be wrong?
