My father, upon returning home sent them the following:

To whom it concerns:

Mr. Inferno has contacted me regarding your unsigned and unattributed letter dated February 10, 2004. I am an attorney at law specializing in the practice of intellectual property law. All future correspondence regarding this matter should be directed to me.

Mr. Inferno has never lived at 1398 McCutheon Hill in West Lafayette, Indiana. Additionally, Mr. Inferno denies that he has ever purchased any illegal signal theft devices and is unaware that he has ever had any membership in any illegal piracy forums to gain access to DIRECT TV programming.

If you have documentary evidence to the contrary, please forward copies of that evidence to me at the above address. Unless I hear from you by March 10, 2004 with evidence that establishes your allegations, I will presume that this matter has been resolved in Mr. Inferno's favor.
