i think we should amend a ban on stupid people getting married, whether it be to other stupid people, or if theyre trying to drag "normal" people into their class of inteligence

"Stupid people" should also not be able to do the following:
- Drive
- Establish credit
- Travel outside the country
- Travel Inside the country
- Have emotions
- Watch any form of TV, movie, or other event in which any situation takes place
- Own pets
- Procreate
- Adopt
- Get Abortions
- Own a firearm
- Shoot a firearm
- Smell nice
- Eat in public
- Have relatives
- Use a computer
- Use a telephone
- Own or operate any device used for cooking

...so who's with me?
