Yes there is problems with burn in on plasma screens.
not from station bugs (logos) but more from the same kinds of things that happen to CRTs and LCDs which is a constant image being shown on the screen.
I have seens ome screens with burn in from rotating screens but the screen rotation was pretty much the same type of data being shown on screen.
