Just go up to some girls and say hello. Say something like "You two seem to be having fun" or "Sounds like the party's over here!" It doesn't really matter what you say, it's how you come off when you say it. Be relaxed and confident and just talk to them at first like you would a new friend. Then ask em to dance, or move on to other stuff
. And don't buy drinks for girls, you'll just be throwing away your money.
