Can't you let the guy write his opinion instead of chapping his ass for it? Even if he did dislike gays, as long as he doesn't say it in a hateful way, who're any of you to say he's wrong?
And I think the show's pretty amusing. Though I wouldn't say we're overrun with gay shows. That and WIll and Grace are about the only ones I've ever seen.
