You guys are right, I should have been paying a hell of a lot more attention.
In retrospect most of my anger was directed at myself for being such a doofus, it just felt better to vent it towards the evil corporations.
However, I still feel it sucks that the consumer has to watch out and read all the fine print to avoid having more money sucked outta them.
