Honestly, my 7 year old nephew and my 3 year old niece keep me pretty grounded.
I watch them quite a bit. And even though their home life can be described as chaotic, it never seems to bother them.
Kids are resilient, sometimes I wish I had that sort of tenacity.
If all else fails a good thunderstorm works everytime.
