FFC was born in 1939 in Detroit of all places, he is of Italian heritage as his name implies. This director brought to the screens cult classic epics such as Godfather and Apocalypse now and is considered in very high regard as a director of film.
Brilliant Director behind Apocalype Now. In recent times he has been criticised for lacking the vision he once had, this is highly subjective. Oh and one last thing, he alongside George Lucas produced Kagemusha for Akira Kurosawa.
