my gf gushes/squirts pretty much every time we have sex, it's pretty easy to do, actually. one way is to have sex with her on her back with her legs folded up so her feet are up by her head. you can also do it from behind with a little reacharound stimulation of the clitoris. these both seem to work great for us.
as for what makes them gush (ie. where all that damn liquid COMES from), i think it's when you poke the cervix and all the fluid from the uturus flows out. don't know for sure, but it seems to make sense to someone with a penis.
