Those snacks are ok, if you watch the carbs. Even cheese has 1gm of carb per ounce. I sometimes buy thin sliced ham at the deli and roll them up after spreading a thin layer of cream cheese on them. Works well. Unflavored pork rinds are good too, but might take some getting used to. Celery with cream cheese is good. I sprinkle powdered chipotle pepper on them.
