Atkins/Zone/Paleo diet recipes?
I am trying out Atkins as one of my male friends lost 25kg in 8 months with it and I read a good food instructors opinion that it won't harm or kill you like some media hype suggests if you are healthy and a bit overweight to begin with.
Beign used to eating lots of fruits and milk products and little meat, the diet is starting to bore me in 2 weeks but the actual weightloss will start soon so I have decided to keep going. Anybody else been on this kind of diet? What kind of daily menues you have?
