Let's see, I was dating a guy once and I got him a set of Xenon (halogen) headlights. And everyone thought that I was this freakish girlfriend that bought headlights for her boyfriend for VALENTINE'S DAY (all the girls thought that...)! But long story short, he loved them, said that it was a great gift, and that it was just what he wanted! All the guys said that they wished that they would have had a girl like me for V-day!
So my advice is to get him some something car related... all guys love thier cars, and love to modify them!
