It always bothers me that all the Philosophical proofs for God begin from unfounded grounds.
i.e. God has omnipotent powers.
i.e. God is a being with all perfections.
i.e. God is the first efficient cause.
It always starts from shaky ground, how can anyone expect it to stand on it's own?
