I will ~only~ hire candidates that are persistent. Alot to be said for the sqeeky wheel.
It's not the only criteria by which I hire my technicians, but it is one of the most important to me.
I would check in at least every 24 hours. Find out the name of the one who conducts the interview and the name of the hiring decision maker. Make sure they both know who you are, and that you are extremely eager to work for them.
