Tone.
the drive from OKC to Des Moines is BORING. Once you pass NSSL in OKC, and the Cessna plant a few miles up the road, there's NOTHING to see ANYWHERE. The drive sucks. Denver is your best bet - the mountain scenery can't be beat.
