This interested my wife enough that we ordered the two other shapes. We got the <a href="http://www.liberatorshapes.com/products_shapes.php">black label</a> type, not because we do much bondage, but because they're a bit more versitile. The straps and cuffs can be used, f'rinstance, to help hold positions that would otherwise get uncomfortable.

We got the ramp and the wedge, and, setting them up like a chair elevates her bottom and makes both oral sex and missionary position variations much more enjoyable, certainly for me, and I get the sense for her as well. The wedge is also good for support for doggy style, and there are more than a few positions I want to try out as time and mutual inclination intersect. She's been more willing lately too.
