The Supreme Court is hardly unbias, is it? They were the main perpetrators of the fraud.
To get back to the main point though, I agree with some of what others have said, I have never really seen any evidence of Bush having a bad record record on race issues, and I believe that while he does have many flaws, he does not appear to be a racist.
I don't think the protest in itself was fair, MLK may not have cared for Bush, but then he surely would not have liked Clinton either, who sponsored many military attacks against weaker nations with dubious motivation.
I think the protest is not about Bush being a racist, it is about how much people, at least some people are angry about this fictious (sic?) war in Iraq.
I fear that it may not be the case, but I hope that both Bush and Blair are never forgiven, that they are scorned all of their lives... but I suspect the truth is when both are beaten they shall find plenty of high paying non-exec posts on big companies boards.
