In Flames - Aritfacts of the Black Rain
I was really digging this until the vocals came in, at which point I cringed a bit. I have trouble with these 'death metal vocals', as I refer to them. But the music is very enjoyable, and not technically skilled for the sake of being technically skilled (another of my pet peeves), so they get the pass just like Soilwork's "Millionflame" does. Actually, in listening to it for a third time, I'm warming up to the vocals. Which is to say that they aren't bothering me and seem like they were meant to fit with the music.
