i can tell you that most people spell it "fiji"... other than that smart-ace remark, i can't tell ya much.
everyone that i know that has gone there says that the islands are second to none as far as beauty and seclusion go. The negative aspects of going there include: it takes a long time to get there (a lot of jet lag and time zone change), it is more expensive than equivalent accomodations are in the Caribbean. Personally, for a honeymoon, I would go to Hawaii or somewhere in the Caribbean because of how traveling that far messes people up for a couple days (because of the stress it puts on your body). But, if are planning a long trip where you'll have time to adjust... that may be best for you.
I've certainly not been there myself, but since you haven't received and firsthand advice so far I thought I'd offer what i could to you.
Good luck w/all that, let us know what you decide!

If you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not too costly, you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance for survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves.
