I have a question.
Lets say PlayerX is a really good football player from Texas
and will likely be the 1st pick in the draft.
But, PlayerX doesnt want to go to the team that has the first pick for personal reasons (lets say he grew up a cowboys fans or something).
why cant playerx go straight to the cowboys?
