What exactly did you do to lose it all? I'm trying to lose weight right now, because I've gained about 30 pounds since my freshman semester at college. At that time, I was already somewhat out of shape, but I was closer to my weight when I was playing Highschool Football than I am now. My goal at the moment is to lose about 70 pounds. I'd really love to be able to run again, without becoming winded.
