The bank heist they kicked from first place was:
A guy robs a bank (disquise and all), demands money and gets it from the teller.
The teller said she would get in trouble with upper management if he didn't sign a release for the money. So the guy writes out his name on a withdrawal note
in short: guy arrested, the teller a local hero
