Also: Jungle Brothers and De La Soul and Beastie Boys

And I'm deffinitely not set in stone on the order although Biggie and Tupac would always be at the top (I know it's the popular thinking that calls Biggie and Tupac the best rappers of all time, but I tend to agree with that notion).
