It seems to me that he hasn't been doing anything at all.
Maybe there's nothing to motivate them and, as a result, we've seen no action from him at all. OR he's powerless. OR is uncertain of the proper action and refusing to act at all as a result.
Can he be omniscent and omnipotent at the same time? Omniscence would suggest that the future is pre-determined. If the future is pre-determined, then God cannot change it and is consequently not ominpotent.
Omnipotence would suggest that the future is not set in stone because God can modify it at will. If the future is changeable, then it cannot be known uphead of time meaning that God is not omniscent.
