Seems like a reasonable price. I don't think you'll like 1600x1200 @ 68 Hz . 68 isn't very nice, but on a 19' you probably won't use that res anyway.
I've bought 21" monitors from merkortech.com twice with good results . Give them a look and only buy the A class.
