I had another look at bitpass (
www.bitpass.com), and they appear to be no longer on beta testing - they are open for business fully!
I emailed their tech support - here's both emails:

Although we only use US dollars, the purchases can be made with almost any currency
supported by PayPal or Payflow (VeriSign). The resulting payouts are also converted into the local
currency by Paypal.
