This should not be happening to your Cisco card. I work with a deployment of over 34,000 of these and haven't come across this. You shouldn't have to simply disable and re-enable your card.
If you check the versions of your ACU (Aironet Client Utility) and the firmware & driver, I will be able to tell you if you're using the latest ones.
