What about your other games? This is fucking pathetic for such an uber video card! I'm on an FX5900 and am getting reasonable FPS (not as much as I would like but enough...). Try killing all your background processes and switching your Cards AA/AF settings to 'Application Controlled', this always works for me, also, make sure you're not downloading anything, affects the swap file and increases Hard Disk activity.
