get a test pipe for your car, this will give you the most hp for the money. then i would go for a boost controller and perhaps after that a bigger turbo. a turbo timer is not really necessary, the newer turbos are all water and air cooled so you shouldn't have too much of a problem w/burning gaskets etc.
