Hey all,

I've been having a problem lately and at first thought it was only internet related then I tried to use system restore and all i get when I go to system restore is a blank page... I need help please I cant even use windows help because it wont come up.. how do i fix this? does anyone know what is wrong?

i have a

P4 2.6g
512 ram
windows xp home sp1
