They sell cleansing systems at most smoke shops (or a site like
www.bodycleansers.com [just the first search result I found, I have no information on it]) that are supposed to "purify" your body within a few days. I've never used one, nor have I smoked, so I have no concrete facts/advice to give. Good luck.
