fantastalicious salmon
This recipe is mouth watering:
1 1/2 lb salmon
salt
pepper
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp finely minced ginger
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 or 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
Flavor the salmon with salt and pepper, and broil it for 4-5 minutes a side. Mix the soy sauce, vinegar and ginger. Saute the garlic in the sesame oil. When the fish is done, cut it inot large chunks. toss the green onions on top, then pour on the sauces. serve with angel hair pasta or steamed white rice. YUM!
