Probably Chasing Amy, simply because that really proved that Kevin Smith wasn't JUST dick and fart jokes.
Funniest Kevin Smith movie for me was Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back though. While probably the weakest of his films, I laughed my ass off from beginning to end!
