No, this is not a foot odour problem. Well, it is, but not the foot odour you're thinking about.....
I recently bought a new pair of leather dress shoes. Being leather, they smell like leather, and after a days wear, so do my socks, and the bottom part of my pants.

They are about a month old now, and still have a very strong new leather smell. Does anyone know how I can get rid of this odour?
